Andrei Serban is the founder and managing director of SERACON. His passion for technology and industrial processes began at an early age and has since become his professional calling. With many years of experience in planning and delivering complex industrial projects for leading European automotive and industrial companies, he supports clients in making their production systems more efficient, economical, and sustainable.
His focus lies in developing a deep understanding of technical facilities, analysing existing processes, and creating practical optimisation solutions. The objective is to improve production performance, reduce operational costs, and enable sustainable, future-oriented manufacturing.

Alexander d’Huc is a shareholder and strategic partner of SERACON. With more than 25 years of international leadership experience as an entrepreneur, managing director and C-level interim manager, he advises SERACON on key strategic and entrepreneurial matters.
As Managing Director of ADH GmbH, based in Austria, Alexander d’Huc is successfully active in strategic management consulting and interim management. His expertise gained from numerous international mandates in both large corporations and medium-sized companies contributes directly to the long-term development and positioning of SERACON.
Within the jointly established advisory board, which meets on a regular basis, Alexander d’Huc supports the management team in central topics such as strategy, investments, market positioning and future business opportunities. His analytical mindset, combined with solution-oriented leadership, makes him a valuable sparring partner for sustainable growth and strategic corporate development.
Bianca Serban supports SERACON in organizational matters and brings valuable perspectives to the company through her diverse professional background. Her experience in banking, event management and the educational sector has shaped her structured way of working, strong organizational skills and clear communication style.
