Setup, commissioning, and optimization of a new paint shop

Coordination of all facility suppliers and cross-trade interfaces for the construction and commissioning of a new paint line. Responsibilities included monitoring the schedule of all involved suppliers, defining necessary measures, and controlling assembly and commissioning steps on-site.

During the ramp-up phase, cycle times were analyzed and optimized to ensure a stable production start. The project also covered vehicle-side control during ramp-up, productivity improvements, and the coordination of all quality-relevant measures to optimize painting quality across all process steps.
