Responsible for the full integration of the new paint shop into the plant-wide material flow. This included developing comprehensive conveyor technology concepts to ensure continuous monitoring and control of the "pearl chain" in all relevant storage areas.

A key component was the development of new resequencing logics to keep the body sequence stable across all process steps. The project involved detailed coordination of all conveyor interfaces with adjacent trades and planning all transfer points between different conveyor systems from conception to series integration.
