Overall project coordination of a highly complex, modularly built greenfield paint shop – a flagship project in the luxury automotive segment. Responsibilities included coordinating all interdisciplinary project teams and interfaces between infrastructure planning, facility planning, production, and maintenance.

The scope covered all phases from specification creation and technical bid evaluation to engineering support, assembly, commissioning, optimization, and final acceptance. This modular production environment was developed as a technological reference project within an international OEM group.
