Technical management of the maintenance workshop at a newly established production site. Responsibilities included the full organization, planning, and execution of all maintenance measures for highly complex, modern die casting machines.

A major focus was the implementation of modernization measures to increase facility availability and operational safety. Systematic, preventive TPM measures were developed and introduced to reduce downtime. In cooperation with suppliers, constructive improvements to spare parts were developed to increase service life and economic efficiency.
