Responsible for the technical development, design, and production support of new facilities for waste compaction and management. The role covered the full product creation cycle – from technical bid calculation and design to manufacturing.

A central focus was the development of modern, practical, and production-efficient designs. Additionally, the role involved leading and monitoring production at the Eastern European manufacturing site, implementing measures for quality optimization, efficiency enhancement, and productivity improvement in close cooperation with local production managers.
